Most "Other" tech tickets in this category resolve when an admin manually adjusts a group email membership, resets a credential, or updates a phone/calendar setting.

  • Check Do Not Disturb first if incoming calls are going straight to voicemail and not appearing in your phone system — disable DND on your device and test immediately.
  • Update your Google Calendar invite settings if suspicious meetings are appearing without a matching email: open Calendar → Settings → General → Event settings → change "Add invitations to my calendar" to "Only if the sender is known."
  • Create email filters or request company-level blocking (admin only) if unwanted system-generated auto-responder emails are cluttering your inbox. An admin can block persistent senders at the domain level.
  • Request a group email add/remove (admin only) if you are missing emails from a distribution list or need to be added/removed from one. Specify the exact group name(s), the effective date, and whether the change is permanent or temporary.
  • Request a token or password reset (admin only) if your RSA authenticator or account password is not working and self-service reset fails. An admin can reset the token and trigger a setup email.
  • Request an autoresponder or phone forwarding update (admin only) if a shared mailbox auto-reply needs to be changed or a phone extension is forwarding to the wrong person (e.g., a former employee).

If none of these solve it, file a ticket and include: the specific group email name(s) or phone extension affected, the exact error message or behavior observed, whether the issue affects a shared or personal account, and the effective date if the change is time-sensitive.
